Our home-grown coffee chain, Barista, has now been taken over by Italian coffee major Lavazza. It is famous for its range of Italian coffees. Based on the concept of the Italian neighbourhood coffee bar, the outlets double into a meeting room, people-watching place, lovers' rendezvous and hang-out venue. Barista offers Espresso Coffee, Cappuccino Grande, Mocha Grande, Americano, Latte and a range of cold coffees and cold chocolates, including the Hazelnut Cold Chocolate. Snacks include sandwiches, pastas and muffins. The Barista outlets are a good place for rendezvous, relaxation and cool work on your laptop. Barista is the first coffee retailer in India that started a loyalty programme, Bean-o-holic, to attract and retain customers.
