Isla Maria Van Damme or Loulou, as she is known, has built this fabulous house in Aldona with a huge courtyard in the middle and surrounded on all sides by ten acres of landscaped gardens. With a beautiful swimming pool on the way down to the river, the house exudes charm in every direction. If you are eating here, call up Loulou and discuss the menu with her. On offer is food from Belgium, Holland, France, Italy and even the Middle East. Recommended items are Takhta of Fish, Wokula for the Garden and Fish Fillet. The food is delightful and improves in Loulou's charming company.Open Oct-May.

Panchavati is beyond an ordinary restaurant that serves predictable food. It is much more in every sense of these words. It is a feast to eat here and serenading to sit in such an elevated ambience. Every time I have guests coming from out of city, I call up here and fix a nice meal before coming for dining. In food, they are offering Italian, Belgian, French and Dutch food. My all time favorite dish in here is Fish Fillet. Panchavati is as exotic and lovely as the city itself.

The thali is very similar to gujarati thali, but there is more of gujarat and less rajasthani here which is sometimes a good thing. Quick service, personalised service.
