Goa Solo Andata is Goa one way if you translate it from Italian. It has been a long time since Ricardo and Valeria bought their one-way air ticket to Goa and started their own restaurant after their one-way journey. The restaurant has recently changed its location from being just opposite Baga River to its current location in a lane opposite Baga River. Set in the front garden of a traditional village house in the Arpora village, Goa Solo Andata offers authentic Italian food (if you are looking beyond pizzas and pastas) in the most relaxed environment this side of Goa. Fricand, the speciality here, consists of meat, potatoes, onion, capsicum, aubergine and tomato and goes well with red wine. Frittura di Pesce is another speciality here that goes well with white wine. Ingredients are fresh, pastas home-made and pizzas baked perfectly in wood-fired oven. As their clients are mostly Italian tourists who are here with their family and kids, they also offer kid-size options.Open Dec-Mar.

Goa Solo Andata is a nice Italian restaurant. Food is fresh and delicious. I like Fricand a lot. It is a good mix of meat, potatoes, onion, capsicum, tomato and many other veggies. It is delicious and mouth-watering. Frittura di Pesce and fresh baked pizza are yummy too. Food is incomplete if you don’t look for some nice red or white wine. Pasta made of fresh veggies is luscious too. now, its time for its getting opened. Will soon pay a visit.
