The Bangalorean chef-owner Bitto used to work with a shipping company before he moved on to start his own restaurant in Goa. Located on the road leading to the Baga Beach, Aphrodite sells excellent salads and starters like Stone Steak, which is tenderized chicken or beef served on a sizzling stone board. Another must order is Duck with Pan-seared Gnocchi with a selection of breads. From the seafood menu, try the Grilled King Prawns with Paprika. If you wish to eat Oriental, try the Corn, Crab & Asparagus Soup or the Indonesian Soto Ayam. Ask also for the special dessert of the day. There's also live music twice a week at this alfresco restaurant. Open throughout the year.

Duck with Pan-seared Gnocchi, Grilled King Prawns and Asparagus Soup are few things i just loved at Aphrodite....comfortable, calm and relaxing ambiance...fast and friendly service and awesome food are all i want and had them all here....enjoyed and had fun...food was awesome....

I got to visit this restaurant with my friend and we were very hungry at that time. Finally we found it and i would say salads and starters are very good in taste. Another must order is Duck with Pan-seared Gnocchi.Seafood lovers can try the Grilled King Prawns with Paprika. Don't leave the place without trying the very tasty desserts.

Aphrodite gives you the best duck in Goa.. You can enjoy the food with live music. They also have dessert special everyday, which is worth trying.
