It is a dining room where you get to meet and interact with the chefs with five show kitchens that work on a concept that you are eating out of the pan, off the grill and off the wok. The five kitchens offer a myriad of choices that include Chinese, Indian, Italian, Thai, and Middle Eastern cuisine. Let’s start with a breakfast…the spread is awesome. The pancake counter - choose your variety banana, chocolate or plain. The yoghurt counter offers six types of cornflake and muesli variety...the Berger Muesli prepared by the chefs are just awesome. The bread counter…hot croissants baked fresh besides the regular assortments. The egg counter…Egg Benedict, Egg Florentine besides the omelettes etc. The Indian counter…South Indian idlis, dosas, wadas, and North Indian parathas…your choice. The fruit counter and the juices have a large variety to offer too. Metamorphosis after eleven - each counter now takes on a different identity with new chefs taking charge. The cheese counter…Edam, Camembert, Brie, goat cheese. The mezze…with hot pita bread being baked for you… four accompaniments to add spice to the Grilled Chicken and fish which is prepared a la minute, tandoori items prepared on request. Hot pizzas from the oven again prepared on request and a carving station on which Pork Chops, Lamb Chops or even chicken is displayed. While the curries simmer on the hot plates, there is not a single chafing dish in sight. As promised from the pan, off the grill and off the wok. The desserts too have their own USP. The chef whips up a hot Soufflé, besides the other sweets on display. Interact with the chefs to make the meal of your choice and when at the table, your taste buds will go on interactive overdrive…. Interactions galore.

When I entered The Dining Room I was impressed to see five different kitchens to serve five different types of cuisine besides various counters to offer the best cuisine of the world. As a complete egg lover I just love visiting their egg counter that has huge variety of omelettes besides egg Florentine and other wonderful dishes. Similarly, the cheese counter is a lovely stop for cheese lovers like my best friend. Their Mezza platter and pizzas are freshly prepared and very tasty. Indian, Chinese, Thai, Italian, Middle Eastern every cuisine is finely prepared and presented at The Dining Room.
