Step down from the main entrance to the numero uno beach in Goa. If you hear loud Bollywood music, it’s probably coming from this shack which is the first one on the right side of the beach. So if you like that kind of music, head there, or scamper away elsewhere. The crowd is mostly of boisterous domestic tourists, their inhibitions washed away by alcohol, some dancing merrily, some playing pool and others simply lolling cheerfully on the beach. The food here is about average, and let’s just say it’s not meant to be a fine dining experience. Apart from passable North Indian and Goan cuisine, they also serve a little European and Chinese. But it enjoys a vantage point on the beach and when the crowds are a little less, you might want to park yourself here for a day on the beach. Or maybe you like the crowds? The food is also quite affordable.
