A steep hike up the hillock from Anjuna village takes you to the beautiful resort of Nirvana Hermitage where you feel close to nature. Sally's is a poolside restaurant in serene surroundings. The restaurant serves authentic Goan and Tandoori items, along with European and Italian fare. A typical meal at Sally's should start with a Mixed Meat Platter or Chicken Parmigiana, followed by Prawn Recheado Masala or Goan Fish Curry and round it all off with their speciality Lemon Cheese Cake. Other specialities worth trying are Coconut Curry Chicken, Yaksu Fish, Baked Prawn with Glass Noodles and Pintone Pasta. The bar shakes up a selection of cocktails like Cuba Libra, Planter's Punch and Tequila Sunrise. Live bands on weekends liven up the place.

The usual things that you get in the city are also served here but of course its ambience and location is different, reason for me to pick this one for casual meals. Tandoori food is average and I mostly prefer having the European dishes here.

at Sally's what i like most is their goan food items...mixed meat platter, goan fish curry, coconut curry chicken are amazing....service of the place is good too...ambiance is simple but music is quite soothing n calm...overall, i find it cool place...
