Prim Rose is a very popular, late-night eating and party place located in a quiet part of Vagator, far from the beach. For lunch and dinner, they have a long, multi-cuisine a la carte menu, with some excellent Goan-style pork dishes. The North Indian cuisine is also very impressive and their delicious seafood is worth all the money. Only ask for the rates in advance. There's good European-style pastas and salads, which are a big draw with the foreign alternative crowd in the Vagator area. They also do juices, milk shakes, and have a long Bar menu. They have a 24-hour takeaway counter offering all kinds of sandwiches, burgers, rolls and cakes.
