Just across the Nerul bridge, past Nerul market junction, is this pleasant alfresco restaurant right by the small Nerul River and the mangroves. While the focus is on modern Goan- Portuguese food, they also have Tandoori and Fusion dishes. Try the Braised Tongue Masala for an unusual twist on the Goan beef tongue dish, done with potatoes and tomatoes. You can have it as a starter or pair it with the Goan Pulao, the rice dish made with Goan sausages, which is really good here. Unlike most other Goan restaurants, they serve the rare Prawn Samaranchi Kodi, a curry made with dry prawns and it is one of the few places where you'll get Grilled Pork Kebab, pork cubes grilled Tandoori style. Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Ham and Herbed Cheese, Lulas Recheado, Tisreao Sukkam and Blackened Fish are interesting additions to the menu. There is also a good Seafood Paella, the Spanish-style rice dish, but you'll have to wait 40 minutes while they make it. But then this is a place to unwind and linger over lunch. Guests are also taken for a boat ride on the Nerul river and along the mangroves. There is music playing, and they have live music and karaoke nights as well.Just across the Nerul bridge, past Nerul market junction, is this pleasant alfresco restaurant right by the small Nerul River and the mangroves. Location is good, self help is the motto here and yes the food takes longer than usual to arrive. In the menu Grilled Pork Kebabs, Chicken Breast served with Ham and Herbed Cheese are interesting and mouth watering thing here. I come to Aah Goa only when I have lots or time and I feel really lazy to go anywhere else.

Visited this restaurant and had the MOST AWFUL experience in Goa. No doubts the restaurant is situated in a picturesque location and they have a very well defined menu which is mouth watering but most of the dishes were not available there and it was so under staffed that we literally had to go to the the bar and bring our own drinks. Waited for more than an hour with small five year old kid with us for our food and food never came and had to leave after paying for the drinks.
The attitude of their staff was so rude they didn't even bother to say a SORRY to us that we had to leave abruptly. Regret visiting this restaurant and hope you will publish this review so that it can warn all your readers and avoid such places.
