Pickled Mango is the multi-cuisine restaurant at the scenic Resort Rio in Arpora, off the Arpora-Anjuna road, and serves some splendid food in a simple but elegant setting on the ground floor. Although they serve Indian and Chinese favourites, their speciality is European and Italian food. If you're looking for seafood, try the Grilled Kingfish and the Fish 'n' Chips here. Also recommended is the English-style Roast Beef with Yorkshire pudding, Shepherds Pie, Beef Stroganoff and a delicious Coq au Vin - chicken in wine sauce. They also do some good steaks, pastas and pizzas.

Excellent restaurant in a very nice hotel - Resort Rio. Delicious Goan food. They also do superb chinese and north Indian. Chef Chandan, who I met when I stayed at Resort Rio, is a superb tandoor cook. Very nice desserts too. Definitely recommend it if you are in Goa.
Favorite Dishes / Drinks: Try the Mojito with Indian curry leaves ! Also, Achari Subzi by Chef Chandan.
