Pune's Silk Route is now in Goa, located on the main road leading to Fort Aguada. One of the few places outside star hotels to serve Sushi and Sashimi in Goa, Silk Route also serves Teppanyaki, Yakitori and Tempura. Must tries include the Korean Takkooe and Ojhinobokum, Indonesian Sayur Goreng — a spicy vegetarian dish - and Vietnamese noodles Pho Saigon. Open and spacious, the restaurant has thatched roof and leather seats. There is an AC lounge as well with a separate bar serving cocktails such as the Woo Woo (Vodka and Rum).

Silk Route serves amazingly prepared Sushi and Sashimi. They also have Teppanyaki, Yakitori and Tempuram, Korean Takkooe and Ojhinobokum, which all are average. Ambiance is ordinary and service needs lots of improvement. It is located on the main road so people do go there but food is really not good. but yes sushi is something you can’t miss here.
