Aflatoon is one of the pure Muslim-style restaurants in Goa and serves some excellent Mughlai-style food. The chiliya-style Mutton Biryani (Rs. 60 full)) is quite good, and the portions quite filling. You also get Chicken and Beef Biryani, and also half-plate portions. The brief menu has all the regular favourites like Mutton Masala, Beef Fry, Chicken Fry, Keema Masala, Kheem Gotala, Dal Fry, etc, all at very moderate prices, with decent portions and good, wholesome taste. They also have a few kebabs like Sheekh Kebab and Boti Kebab for Rs. 20 each, while a full Chicken Tandoori will cost you Rs. 140. They also serve Tava Pulao and Beef Roll. However, the decor etc is quite basic and the ambience is that of a smoky dhaba.

Hotel Aflatoon is one of its kind muslim style restaurant in exotic Goa and so they have a mughlai menu with items like mutton, chicken, beef biryani; beef fry, mutton masala, keema masala and such other dishes. The food here is quite reasonably rated and is good for trying out kebabs. Hotel Aflatoon is a rare sort of restaurant serving mughlai in otherwise cosmopolitan Goa.
