Delhi's award-winning Mediterranean lounge bar Shalom is now in Goa with branches at Colva and Calangute. Shalom has a beautiful open-air ambience, with white being the prevalent colour. There is a circular Sunrise Cafe, set upstairs, which remains open from morning to midnight. Shalom is a great place to spend an evening with a drink, while listening to lounge music. Live bands play here during the season. As for food, Shalom specializes in Lebanese and Spanish dishes. Once here, you can try Rubya Mishui, prawns in Arabic spices, and Shish Taouk, Char-grilled Chicken Skewers marinated with lemon and baharat (a Lebanese spice). A new addition to the Goan menu is Grilled Lobster with Tequila and Caviar Sauce.Open throughout the year.

Shalom Med Lounge Bar is a known place in Goa circuit. This place has my branches in the city but this one is my favorite as this was the first one I visited quite some time back. The open air ambience of this lounge bar is pretty enjoyable and it stays open till midnight. The drinks option is but obvious good and in food Spanish and Lebanese is in offering. Here, at the Shalom Med Lounge Bar I like taking my drink with Char-Grilled Chicken Skewers or Grilled Lobster.
