This small, hole-in-the-wall shop near the busy Jack Sequeira junction in Calangute serves excellent Chicken and Mutton Biryani in the authentic dum style with that distinctive flavour of saffron and other spices. The mutton is cooked to perfection and sufficiently juicy. Although primarily a takeaway joint, you can choose to eat on make-shift tables, but we suggest you take the packed Biryani home and give it a good dum in your kitchen to get the flavours inside the container just right. They also pack in a simple Onion Raita with the Biryani. While they only serve the biryanis on most days, they sometimes do a Mutton Masala which, however, is a bit bland and obviously meant for the foreign tourists who would like to try the Mughlai-style Mutton. Open throughout the year.

KG's Chicken Biriyani Centre serve some amazing biryanis .the quality of rice is very good and the muttons are perfect and very very tasty. Its better to take away your biryanis and have it at your home.
