Located up on the rocks at the southern end of Palolem beach, Pacific is a terrace-style eatery on a raised wooden platform with a bird’s eye view of the beach and is a favourite haunt of many regulars. Tandoori grills are the speciality here and you must try the Tandoori Seafood - a variety of which is available. There’s kingfish, red snapper, rock fish, tuna, shark, squid and of course prawns and lobsters, all grilled to perfection. The aroma of the seafood being grilled usually permeates the place because the tandoor is placed on a small platform on the wooden terrace itself, on one side of the dinning area. You can either go for the mild flavours of garlic butter type grills or spicy Goan masalas or Tandoori masala for a slightly more pungent and tangy flavour. The Goan cuisine here is pretty much ordinary, but they serve decent North Indian style dishes, besides the regulation Chinese and passable European salads, pastas and steaks, as also some Thai and Mexican too. They also offer beach huts, dolphin trips, etc.

I have visited Pacific Bar & Restaurant many times and everytime i feel the place is good but needs improvement. food is good. they have a wide-variety of fish and other eatables. red snapper, tuna and lobsters are really delicious and scrumptious. perfectly grilled and awesome in taste. they also have pastas and streaks. food is overall good. service is quite slow. waiters work really very slow and also take order lazily.
