Papillon is a hit with foreigners. There’s a nice international flavour to this beach shack in Palolem. Papillon has its regular clientele who keep coming back for their warm service and quality food. It's a great place to relax for a day out on the beach by lazing on the sun-beds or simply laze around on the easy chairs with soothing music playing in the background. Their Set Breakfast comes with juices, eggs made to order, baked beans, tea or coffee, buttered toast and fruit. Since the place is owned by an Indian-English couple, they have European items like steaks and pastas as well, but not quite remarkable. The best bet is the Seafood Barbeque right on the beach in the evenings. This is where you can have your tiger prawns done with spicy Goan Recheado Masala to lift your spirits. Seafood is their speciality and its better you stick to it.

i find Papillon is a perfect place to have some good and yummy european food. they have variety of juices, baked beans, toast, steaks, pastas, seafood barbeque and tiger prawns with spicy goan recheado masala. food is really nice to taste and see. they prepare everything nicely and serve with love. waiters are at the service all the time. they are well-mannered and brisk as well. ambiance is quite average. food is something you cannot miss if want to have something different.
