Sea bq is the trendy, alfresco barbecue facing the sea at Intercontinental The Lalit. A unique feature at this seaside restaurant is the Hibachi, portable grills, which are placed on the tables so that guests can do their own bit of grilling. It's a great way to ensure personal preferences are taken care of and brings happy gourmets back. Their strength lies in the meats and seafood, and one of their specialities is the fine selection of Beef Steak meats from old-style to hip and trendy steakhouse, juicy porterhouse or strip steaks. In seafood, choices range from Smoked Mussels and Brown Bread Veloute with Oyster and Taragon to a Confit of Yellow Fin Tuna with White Bean , Tomato Bruschetta, novelle cuisine style.Especially recommended items are the amazing Herb-grilled Lobster Tail with Shellfish Reduction and Roasted Fillet of Bass with Wild Mushroom and Taragon Fish Cream, which is practically like a seafood dessert. You can also ask for Lobster and Prawn in your choice of sauce. Plus pastas, salads, soups, hot and cold beverages, and desserts. Though on the very expensive side, a meal here is unforgettable and comes with exotic items. The specials cost the sky and there's a special wine list with some super premium wines for special occasions.
