Pan Asian is a speciality restaurant of the Vainguinim Valley Resort. The one is for those who love Oriental cuisine as it offers Chinese, Thai, Indonesian and Japanese delicacies. Korean, Malaysian and North Indian are recent additions. The whole decor has been crafted to give a Far East feel and you also get to eat with chopsticks. All the usual eastern delicacies are served in style. For starters, you can try Thai Crispy Spring Rolls stuffed with Shrimps and Glass Noodles or Indonesian Fried Fish served with Sambal Chilli sauce known as Ikan Goreng. Soto Ayam Soup, an Indonesian chicken soup with roasted garlic, is worth trying too. Tangy Young Papaya Salad, Thai Salad or Glass Noodle Salad would be a good option if you're eating healthy. From the seafood section, the Prawn Hunan Style and Supreme Seafood are worth ordering. They serve excellent Teppanyaki, Four Season Prawns in Orange Sauce and Pan-fried Mongolian Chicken. A truly Pan Asian experience!

I went Pan Asian for my team lunch. We were around 10 people and all with different choices. We ordered so many things, like Thai Crispy Spring Rolls and Fried Fish served with Sambal Chilli for starters. Besides, Tangy Young Papaya Salad, Prawn Hunan Style and Supreme Seafood with Four Season Prawns in Orange Sauce and Pan-fried Mongolian Chicken for lunch. Food was delicious I must say. Service staffs were good too. they were energetic, prompt and at the service. I, truly, recommend this place for outing.
