Sharda Classic is a VFM restaurant for the excellent Goan Thali that is served at lunchtime. Try their Goan Prawn Curry for Rs. 120, Chicken Thali for Rs. 150 and the popular Fish Thali for Rs. 100. The Fish Thali contains Fish Fry, Curry, Kishmur, plain rice, a bhaji, salad and pickle. While lunches are strictly thali affairs, you can get à la carte dishes in the evening. Try Chicken Kolhapuri, Garlic Prawns Chicken Sukha, Prawns Masala and Paneer Tikka Masala. The menu has a number of Goan and Indian dishes. We recommend Xacutti and Shark Ambotik from the Goan section.

It was my brother who introduced me to Sharda Classic restaurant that serves Goan thalis at a reasonable cost. In fact, every time my brother or for that matter I run out of cash this is the place where we come to fill our tummy with cheap and tasty meals. My favorite thali here is the Fish Thali that covers five, six food items and all of them actually taste authentic. From la carte menu Chicken Kolhapuri and Xacutti is superb. Sharda Classic restaurant is for eating complete meal at a reasonably low cost.
