Well, the Gennext are always texting in cryptic formats…one has to cope with the 'Transition'. So goes the 'Transition Lounge' at The Marriott. This lounge changes ambience and meals to suit the 'needs' and 'moods' of its guests. The seating too varies depending on your choice. Comfortable 'cubby' sofas overlooking the Mandovi river if one is in a 'relax' mode, table seating if in 'a café' mode, or a 'community' styled table with high chairs and wi-fi connections. So whether in business or relaxing mode, entertaining or solitude, the lounge is designed to give you that feel. But it's not only the seating...the colours in the lounge change…bright in the morning...yellows and oranges, and cool in the evening...blues to soothe tired senses. And the menu? Dont want to eat a heavy breakfast at the coffee shop? Order freshly squeezed health drinks, or pancakes or eggs and freshly baked bread. Or come the 'elevenses'. For starters try the Potato Skins. Or perhaps the Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese Roulade with an onion foccacia chip. Those rolled up pink nibbles are enticing enough. Chefs own Kafir Lime Chicken Tikka a Coorgi preparation will have your taste buds tingling...while the the Schnitzel Wrap....chicken picatta wrapped in roomali roti pancake with the olive and garlic tartare...it oozes out with every bite. Your mood will be set a buzz with their sweet pancakes. The crepes stuffed with apple and cinnamon or with chocolate…. Be 'as you are' when you are at Az u r.'
