This small, cosy 20-seater pub has been around for 15 years now. Top Gear Pub is an all-day pub in Panaji that has loyal patrons, a majority of them foreigners, as well as some casual ones. CDs play on the music system, as you order snacks from the multi-cuisine menu and select from a range of India-Made Foreign Liquors. Try the Chicken Xacutti, Chicken Cafreal and Chilly Chicken as you enjoy your drink. There are no cover charges.

The place being old function like an old man. Their service is slow and their menu is also not so great. Moreover, the space is also very less as if sitting in a small room or something. It was not a nice experience being there.

this place was not as good as i heard about it, crowd is bad as mostly localities come here and they don't have much to offer.
