There are splendid views of Panaji and River Mandovi from this rooftop terrace restaurant in the heart of Panaji. They also serve some delicious food at very down-to-earth prices, so you can have a good time without feeling the pinch. One section is devoted to a sports bar, so there's a giant screen where one can watch all the action. They've mastered North Indian items like Malai Paneer, while keeping Goan items consistent. It's a good idea to ask for the fresh seafood of the day and specialities from the Goan menu. The Chinese food is quite average. Get yourself a drink and sit by the windows or the open terrace and enjoy the view. Open throughout the year.

Hotel Manvin’s, which is a rooftop restaurant, offers a great view of the surrounding beauty of the city and also of the nearby Mandovi River. The interior of this restaurant is done interestingly and one corner has been converted into a sports bar. In food, this place is all about north Indian cuisine and Malai Paneer is a must have. Also they have really good Goan Fish Curry Rice. Hotel Manvin’s is where food meets serenading experience.
