Antonio D'Silva is one of the most sought-after Goan sausage makers and dishes out sausages from near the Goa Velha market, a little outside Panaji on NH17 on way to the airport. The pork here is well marinated with spices and home-made toddy vinegar and then filled into the tubes of cow's intestines. They are then dried over a fireplace, with a slow fire constantly seasoning the sausages. They are ready to be sold a few days later. This method is followed rigorously to churn out consistently good sausages which come in various sizes and qualities and can be bought by the kilo. One can check out the quality of the sausage by biting and chewing off a piece of a raw sausage - if it's edible raw, buy it. People from near and far come here the unique sausages.

In Goa, the one place that sells the best sausages in the city is the Antonio D’Silva restaurant. I am a pork fan and their Pork Sausages are fabulous and very well marinated before preparation. As a matter of fact all the sausages are well worked upon before putting up on sale and I love getting them in kilos. Antonio D’Silva is actually offering nice ingreadient to be cooked at home the way one likes and my family is very happy with the way they are offering the non veg items.
