Corina is a cosy Goan Catholic eatery just below the New Patto Bridge, on your left as you enter Panaji. They serve a superb Goan Fish Curry Thali that comes with a delicious fish curry, rice, one vegetable, a side dish of shellfish, chapatti, papad and salad. You can ask for an extra side dish of Mackerel Recheado. Their strength lies in their pork and beef items. They even have packaged Goan sausages for sale in small packets. Their Sausage Chilly Fry is legendary, but you should also try their Pork Assad for the real taste of Goan pork. Another must-try item is Goan-style Beef Steak. For a true experience of Goan cuisine, enjoy a repast of Beef Tongue Roast, with Sausage Pulao, after downing a few drinks with Prawn-stuffed Papad for starters.
