Mirch Masala is a fine dining Indian restaurant at Hotel Fidalgo. The decor is innovative, with the walls of the eatery adorned with photographs of Indian spices. The menu also carries pictures of various dishes. For starters, you can choose from Tandoori Jhinga (pepper/lemon/garlic), Machhi Amritsari (Tandoori Pomfret), Bhuna Murgh Hari Mirch, or kebabs. From the main course, we recommend Malabar Meen Kari (Kingfish/Pomfret), Tawe Se Jhinga Masala, Mallika-e-Dariya, , Pahadi Kukkad, Elaichi Dal, Kadhai Murgh Karachi wala, Sikki Subz-e-Bahar and Parat wali Murgh Biryani. For dessert, you can order a Zank e Shahi, Pyaz ki Kheer or Firni. They also serve excellent cocktails, mocktails and Indian and imported wines.

I love the interior of Mirch Masala as it gives one a pretty good idea about the Indian spices and other ingredients that are used to cooking. The place has a number of signature dishes, such as Malabar Meen Kari, ikki Subz-e-Bahar, Tandoori Jhinga, Machhi Amritsari and the lists is long. Mirch Masala is representing Indian delicacies with pride and lots of spice.
