Vivo is the all-day dining restaurant at the newly opened Alila Diwa resort in South Goa, near Margao, and serves some interesting food from all over the world. They have five live counters during breakfast, lunch and dinner to cater to everybody's diverse needs. In Indian, popular items here are the Stuffed Paratha, doasas, and chaats. For lunch and dinner they have Oriental style stir fries, besides North Indian-style Tandoori grills and European steaks, both of meat and seafood, and also some nice roasts. Also salads, pastas, fried rices and noodles, Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian gravy dishes, biryanis and pulaos. You can sit in airconditoned comfort and also in shaded open air areas.

Vivo is a combination of world cuisine where one can dine any hour of the day in a beautiful ambience. I come here for formal meeting with clients over a platter of good food. This restaurant covers many dishes right from variety of salads to Indian parathas and dosas to pastas and Chinese items. Besides my all time favorite seafood, I love the European steaks and their less spicy biryanis. Vivo is a comparatively new restaurant and so it looks well maintained and the service of the staff is a high point of this place.
