Alfresco dining laced in style. This is a new mantra at The Restaurant with live kitchens for Western, Asian, Indian, healthy preparations from the Garde Manger and bakery and pastry products for you to feast on. All in one big dining area..it is a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. For starters try the Crab Meat Tian with Wine Poached Pear Carpaccio…great flavours. Or if you are on a health kick...from the Garde Manger there is the healthy Gourmet Salad with mix lettuce, orange segments, asparagus, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomato, cucumber, beetroot, French beans, corn kernels and raspberry dressing....quite a lot of colourful ingredients. Try the Cream of Asparagus and Broccoli Soup with water chestnut and blue cheese cream. Follow it with a sandwich....Grilled Gunpowder Dusted Chicken in masala bread with lettuce, pineapple, onion, tomato, cheese and mint chutney spread...with a combo of mint, pinapple and onion...the flavours would squeak its pleasure. The European flavours are here to stay with the Paella de Marisco with prawns, squid, mussels, snapper, onion, bell pepper and saffron or perhaps a pizza out of the lava stone oven. From the Mediterranan the Poppy Seed Crusted Grilled Lobster is recommended - a unique preparation with tabbouleh, pan-fried mushroom and olive gnocchi, and tarragon butter sauce. The Asian section is 'gung ho' with Steamed Dim Sum like the Crystal Vegetable Dumpling, BBQ Chicken Bun, Prawn Sui Mai....then there is Roast Duck Peking Style, Ayam Golek (clay pot curried chicken), and even Nasi Goreng from Indonesia. Not to be left out...from India, the Goan and North Indian have a variety for the diner. A veritable feast for someone who would like to dine in style the alfresco way! The reservation of tables in advance is advised.

For stylish dining I mean to say to impress someone special The Restaurant is a right kind of place in the city. I always come here with some special company and Let my taste buds enjoy some good European food delicacies. Paella de Marisco, BBQ Chicken Bun and Nasi Goreng are my favorite of this restaurant.

Any multi cuisine restaurant like The Restaurant always holds few surprises in terms of dishes and flavors. For me the surprise of this restaurant is the European section and its dishes like Paella de Marisco and pizzas. Also the Oriental section has nice taste like Roasted Duck and BBQ Chicken Bun. Do come to The Restaurant to find your taste.

The Restaurant never fails to surprise me with its elaborated and lavish menu that covers Asian, Western, European, Indian and possibly everything under the Sun.
In the lavish and big dining area try Crab Meat Tian with Wine Poached Pear Carpaccio and as I call it the party starter.
Crystal Vegetable Dumpling, Prawn Sui Mai, BBQ Chicken Bun are dishes you won't be able to get over with. The Indian section of the menu is also very much appetizing. Also there are variety of items for the health conscious. The Restaurant without having a fancy name is creating a standard of food in the city.
