A Global fusion experience
Thai me up Start 'er' Revolution. Mix it up Baby. Quirky, fun colorful, it is just the place to monkey around with the Chimpanzee adding zest to the menu. Reynold Abranches takes on the role of teaching us how to enjoy life...relaxation, merry mixes, good food and fun.
Decor
Shades of Blue, green and white, the effect is homely, rustic and yet with a twinge of elegance. The open air restaurant is dominated by suspended chandeliers with the hues stated above, with drapes across the ceiling echoing the color scheme. The mini bar which boasts of Goa's most economically priced malts has a mesmerizing blue effect. The shades of blue flow out into the open air garden-Seaters dotted in gay abandon, an old well and a trendy dance floor. Arakwanas float lazily in the fish tank; perhaps you would too after imbibing a few of those creatively mix cocktails. Lounge and dine surrounded by leafy green foliage, the thunder of the Udear Springs echoing in the background.
Food
Before you' Start er 'revolution, a pun on the word 'starter', try a Lady Boy from Pattaya, a plump tender coconut blended with rum, coconut cream and pineapple which takes you back to those devilled feminine wiles of your Bangkok hanky panky. That description is right out of the menu, or perhaps the Thai me up (another Pattaya experience) and the mixes go global too like the Colada Bleu-what happens to a French Lady in Jamaica. If you want to find out try it.
Play pool or take a trip to the 'springs' after you have placed your order, each preparation is designed to tempt, so activities should precede the 'tasting' one.
Start with the Chicken and Olive fajitas the mix rolled 'kathi kebab style' something which you can munch on as you play a game of pool. The Cajun spiced baby corn fritters those batter fried cylinders piled on top of each other, crispy to the bite. The aioli sauce served with it (garlic with wasabi mayo) adds spice to each bite. Going local?? Then try the Pork Solantuilen a twist from our local Amsol. Kokum, tamarind and garlic gives the additional flavor.
Leave space for the 'mains'. A must have Butter, garlic crab. The name is a misnomer. The crab is tossed in a sauce looks and tastes like Bechamel but is chopped garlic reduced in Chantilly wine. Dirty your hands as you chew on the meat within the tough exterior remember this is a fun place. Nobody is watching. Another recommendation is the Moussaka a la Greque (ricotta and bechamel sauce poured over thinly sliced baby brinjal (aubergines). The Chimpanzee on the menu card lists the 'mains' as Sussegad. He is absolutely right.in these surroundings after a meal like this. There is a Chinese section too where to quote the chimpanzee 'Man who eats with one chopstick stays hungry' well after eating with fingers (crab) and cutlery this place needs no chopsticks. But I guess Reynold has decided to pamper every ones palate.
Plus and Minus
Hats off to Reynolds. his designer meals are a delight. For desserts try the Chocolate Impossible - a whopper. Brownie, Ice cream, chocolate chip, chocolate mousse, chocolate cake anything chocolate left? No wonder he has called it 'Impossible'. Impossible to finish and although Impossibly Calorific it is incredibly tasty. If you decide to go on the safari-the Dessert Saffari which is three desserts on a platter, today's special was a delightful white and dark chocolate mousse with two other varieties. The mousse is 'to die for.' If one has to calculate the 'minus', although steak is a very popular preparation on the menu, today was not the day. And the carrot cake did not 'bite'. Another difficulty is maybe the distance. The restaurant is tucked away in the wilderness and only a staunch foodie would be determined to go there. But once you are there Reynolds will give you an experience -'we prefer to shake it' quote from the menu...fun, good food and a whale of a time.

Soul Souffle is a place, where you can sit relax and take break from your busy life. The place is peaceful, green and striking. I went there few days back just to cut out my routine. The Spanish Sangria and a Blueberry Mojito, they serve were awesome. I also had Cajun spice baby corn and Crab butter garlic, which were awesome too. Soul Souffle is a pleasant place.

In Goa there are so many eatery, restaurants, resto bars and other food facilities available that after a certain point of time you stop thinking about which one is good one which one is the best. Soul Shuffle is one of the many restaurants serving commendable food.
To be very specific the menu is continental and chicken and olive fujitas, crab butter garlic are the dishes that I always order here at Soul Shuffle.
