Abid's Bistro maintains a mint-fresh approach to its treatment of vegetarian food (read fresh and flavourful). The ambience is well-lit, spacious and informal, service is okay. They do breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, with lunch being an abridged, executive quickie, version. From the Ă la carte menu, (mostly Indian and Oriental, with a couple of Continental dishes), do try the Mulligatawny Soup. It's a masterpiece, with both the consistency of the broth and the creaminess of the lentils perfect, spiked with the right dash of lemon and with the correct number of rice grains floating at the bottom of the soup. There is a host of healthy salads here, like the Assorted Sprouts Salad, Mexican Corn and Nachos Salad, Baked Papdi Chaat and Aloo Chana Chaat. For starters, Saunfiya Bharwan Paneer Tikka and Aloo and Green Peas Tikkis are good. For main courses, there are the usual Subz Diwani Handi, Dal Makhani, Paneer Butter Masala kind. The Oriental fare is pretty good here, in a non-greasy, light and flavourful way, try the Ginger Vegetables, Moon Fan Fried Rice and Pan Fried Noodles. Keep some space for Black Forest Roulade for desserts.

With a group of friends I went to Abid’s Bistro for having loads of fun and more than that for eating some delicious buffet meal. The place is very spacious and apt for friends as well as families. One of my friend ordered Mulligatawny Soup and all of us attacked on it as the taste is irresistible. Even though the restaurant serves veg food they have good and finger licking variety. I love their Subz Diwani Handi and Moon Fan Fried Rice. The food is offered in generous amount and at a cost which is reasonable as per the quality and taste. Eventually, we friends have decided to come to Abid’s Bistro regularly.

Abid’s Bistro is for vegetarians in the city and the restaurant has actually done a wonderful work with the veg dishes for making them tastier, lovelier and mouth watering. The buffet as well as la carte menu are filled with surprising dishes that tastes really good. Their Paneer butter masala is out of this world and I also love their salad variety. In oriental cuisine also Pan fried noodles is my best. Abid’s Bistro is perfect for fine dining experience.
