We had awarded it the Best Vegetarian restaurant last year, and it has delivered, again on its promise of improvising on run-of-the-mill vegetarian fare, by providing the diner, global and contemporary options. Décor continues to be minimalist, although, and service is improving in bits.
The owners plan to introduce new menus, every quarter, (in line with seasonal requirements) and as this book goes to press, the winter menu is in place.
Some notable new additions in Continental section are Almond Pea Soup, Sundried Tomato Falafel, Continental walnut bruschettas, Mushroom Ravioli A la Liberty, Mexican pizza etc. The Signature Pizza with Smoked emmenthal, gruyere & mozzarella with red peppers is also worth recommending. In Oriental, one can sample Tofu aniseed, Lotus Stem salt and pepper and Toban D Jan Pot Rice.
Introduced this year are pre-plated corporate menus, priced at Rs 225, which have besides a constant dahi vada and masala papad platter, starters ranging from mini pizza, Filo wrap, vegetable wontons, corn cutlets, broccoli cheese balls, to the usual hara bhara kebabs and malai seekh kebabs. The main courses are Indian (dal makhni, veg pulao kind) and the dessert is ice cream.
The lunch and dinner buffets, priced at Rs 369 on weekdays, and Rs 399 on weekends, continue to be popular, and so does White Chocolate Pizza as dessert!

I rarely go for vegetarian restaurant. I went A'La Liberty last week with some of my friends. We had buffet and found it quite value for money. Everything was available from chats to soups and starters to yummy curries. Breads were nice too. Food was really yummy and delicious. Service was good too. The ambiance was nice and friendly too. I find A'La Liberty, really a nice place.
