There are two seating option at this no-frills restaurant - indoors and outdoors. While the indoors look a little cramped, the outdoor seating is an airy, unpretentious place to catch up with friends. If kebabs and biryanis is your fave idea of dining, then Point Pleasant is a good option. Kebabs, biryanis, kormas and Indian breads from the Nawabi (Hyderabadi and Awadhi) kitchen dot the menu and the staff is well-informed and helpful. Try the choice of succulent kebabs like Kakori Kebab, Galawati Tunde Kebab and Pasanda Kebab from the Awadhi platter and also the kormas that bring with it the subtle flavours of spices slow cooked in Nawabi style. They also have a choice of Indian breads like Taaftan, Sheermal, Chironji Naan, kulchas and parathas that are feathery soft. While the restaurant also serves Hyderabadi cuisine, what you should definitely try here would be the Awadhi fare.

The spacious outdoor seating arrangement of Point Pleasant Restaurant is where lovers find their heaven and families find some time together to enjoy. Hyderabadi and Lucknavi cuisine here is pretty tasty and in my opinion Galawati Tunde Kebab, Taaftan and all Awadhi food here is fantastic.

It was a funday as we all were roaming around the city since morning. Finally, we were hungry so decided to visit Point Pleasant Restaurant. We took outdoor seating which was airy and pleasant. Next we ordered some food. Our menu of the day includes Kakori Kebab, Galawati Tunde Kebab, chicken biryani and some kulchas. The biryani was best among them. It was full of spices and delicious. Point Pleasant Restaurant completed our day with delicious food.
