This restaurant at Casa Luxurio plays it safe with a familiar-sounding menu, the Chocolate Spring Roll being a pleasant exception. Try out Veg Bullet, Veg Cutlet, Crispy Corn, Paneer Butter Masala, Palate Sizzlers, Chicken Tikka and Tangri Kebab. You get to hear some unusual music - the soulful Shabad which plays for a few hours in the afternoon. A battery-powered golf cart is available to ferry senior citizens between the portico and the exit to the main road.

I PICKED UP AN OFFER FROM SNAPDEAL WHICH SAYS 40% OFF ON FOOD AND LIQUOR...AT THE PALETTA ,HYDERABAD...THINKING THAT ITS A GUD OFFER WENT TO THE HOTEL ALONG WITH MY FRIENDS FOR DINNER...AT THE TIME OF PLACING THE ORDER THE ATTENDER ASKED IF I HAVE A VOUCHER...SAID YES....AND THE TOTAL BILL WAS 8300(app)...AND THEY GAVE A DISCOUNT OF 1900...AND IMMEDIATELY CHARGED ME 1200RS IN THE FORM OF TAXES...AND THE FINAL BILL I PAID WAS 7561RS.....I WONDER WHERE IS THE 40%DISCOUNT GONE....WHEN QUESTIONED THE SAME THEY SAY YOU PICKED THE OFFER FROM SNAPDEAL SO CALL THEM AND ASK...........AND WHEN I CALLED THEY SAY THEY HAVE TO CHECK WITH THE HOTEL PPL.....I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THIS....I AM FILING A CHARGE BACK ON THIS....I WUD NOT RECOMMED ANYONE TO PICK UP OFFERS FROM SNAPDEAL ESPECIALLY THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL THEY RIP U OFF AS MUCH AS THEY CAN....ALSO AS PER THE HOTEL PPL SERVICE CHARGE IS MANDATORY AS PER GOVT RULES ...SO THEY CHARGE SERVICE CHARGE,SERVICE TAX AND VAT OF 14.5%.....BEAWARE NEVER EVER GO TO THIS HOTEL THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL CHEATERS...AS THEY ARE NOT AT ALL GENUINE..

This is one of the worst restaurent i gone through in these days. Its contained comepletely poisoned food items. It seems like 3 days before. There is not even sufficient desserts also. We ordered buffet for 6 membars , No one is satisfied with food items. My sincere advise to all, if You choose "The Palette" Restaurant you must call your doctor in next 3-4 hours
