You will love to dine at this open-air restaurant at the Taj Banjara. Kebab-e-Bahar boasts of an extensive repertoire of stone and tandoor grilled meats. The ambience is pleasant and breezy, with live ghazal performances, and a quiet, non-intrusive service. The open kitchen adds an informality to the fine-dining experience. The Patthar ke Gosht, Shikampuri Kebabs and Macchi ka Salan, all Hyderabadi specialities, are much-in-demand dishes here, while the lesser-known Awadhi chicken delicacy, Nishapuri also finds its loyal patrons here. Vegetarians can look forward to unusual kebabs like Tiliyani Seekh, a vegetables kebab coated with til (sesame) and grilled to taste.

The tandoori non veg dishes, Macchi ka Salan, Awadhi Chicken can only taste so good in this open air restaurant. About the ambience, all I can say is closer to perfect for family dining, couple’s dinner date and also friends hang out. Its one of the most likable, elegant dining places in the city.

I visited a place named Kebab E Bahar which is located in the Taj Banjara Hotel. I love eating under the star light and this open-air restaurant is just perfect for this. Initially, I just ordered stone and tandoor grilled meats. Later, I tried Shikampuri Kebabs and Macchi ka Salan. I find every thing has different in taste and all was just delicious. I found the ambiance quite calm and soothing. Kebab E Bahar has everything a restaurant want.
