Kibbeh has the ambience of a lounge bar, with low, LED-lit tables, comfy leather sofas and couches etc. Music playing from the afternoon when it opens is of the lounge kind, and it pipes up through the day, with hip-hop, retro, club and sometimes rock (Thursday nights) playing in the evenings. There are hookahs too, to add to the Mediterranean ambience. The menu is Lebanese, so you can expect Mezze Platters (vegetarian and non-vegetarian) with pita breads, hummus, tabbouleh (a salad), baba ghanouj, being common accompaniments on both. Chicken Shish Taouk, Cilantro Prawns, Chicken Shawarma Roll, Prawn with Harisha, Cheese Sambousek (very like our samosas), Moroccan Fish Tagine, Cottage Cheese Tagine, Falafel etc are popular dishes to be ordered here. Bestseller mocktails are BMW, a whisky and Bailey's concoction, as well as the vodka-and-wine-based Lebanese Snow White. A good mocktail choice is the Kibbeh Breeze. Service is competent.
