Collage's ambience is that of quintessential Ista, of tranquility, lots of light, unhurried service and fresh cuisine. Besides the indoor seating, the elegant outdoor patio and pavilion, with a view of the green outdoors, and the rock formations, is popular. In addition to the main menu, which has a good presence of Continental, (pastas, risottos, wood-fired pizzas, fish and chips etc), Mediterranean and a smattering of Indian too, (kebabs and kathi rolls), there is a separate Japanese menu. One high point is the teppanyaki counter, with its added offerings of tempura, sushi, sashmi, yakimeshi (fried rice in Japanese, try the Ebi Yakimeshi, a shrimp and egg fried rice, its scrumptious!), udon and soba (both noodles). There is a daily lunch buffet, with an impressive array of salads and desserts. In a la carte, try the Lobster Bisque, its delicious. For starters, Wild mushroom parcels is a good option if you are vegetarian, and so are Chutney Paneer Tikkas. If you are a vegan Almost Vegan pizza is just the thing for you, the soya tofu is a great substitute for mozzarella cheese. Chermoula Spiced Tiger Prawns and New Zealand Lamb Chops are other excellent choices, and if you prefer Indian, try Lehsuni Murgh Tikka. For sweet endings, the Cheesecake (mango, lemon or blueberry) is really good.

I come here only to relax in an ambience that is just perfect to enjoy with family and that special someone. For me their brightly lit up ambience and specialized in many things menu works magically for me. Their Indian menu has superb kebabs, tikkas and other popular dishes and their Japanese menu has Sashi, Sashimi and many other delicious dishes on which they can be proud of.

The contemporary interior of Collage holds one’s attention and their modern and delectable cuisine serving is also spectacular. I am a regular here and Continental and Japanese food is simply unforgettable. New Zealand Lamb Chops, Sashmi and Tiger Prawns are pretty amazing in taste. Collage is a must visit restaurant in the city.

Collage serves timely and accurately amazing food. The place has a lot of lights and very striking décor. You can feel the aroma of freshly cooked dishes. The service is very prompt and quick. You just order your dish and you will get it on your table. Collage is an amazing place to visit.
