Haiking is more than 30-year-old Chinese restaurant that offers Cantonese food - more of steamed and boiled stuff than fried ones. The place is cosy and looks well-lit. Chinese vases and artefacts adorn the walls. The menu offers Hakka specialities, a style of preparation that is devoid of pungent, spicy ingredients. The specialities, which need to be ordered in advance, include the choicest of fresh sea food preparations. Haiking's signature dishes like Haiking Fried Rice, Chilli Garlic Chicken, Hot 'n' Sour Soup, Crispy Corn/Chicken, Ginger Chicken/Fish, Hongkong Chicken and Vegetable Manchurian score. Also Diced Chicken, Chicken in Black Bean Sauce, Baby Corn with Buttered Mushrooms and Ginger Chicken.

Being a total rice lover, I tried fried rice here, and I must say I enjoyed every bite of it. I also had chicken soup, which was another delight to have. Planning my next visit already!

I was told about this restaurant by my friend. My family planned out a dinner here. First I had Hot ānā Sour Soup and then for the main course ordered Chilli Garlic Chicken, Baby Corn with Buttered Mushrooms and fried rice. All I can say about the food is that it was too delicious to stop eating. I had a wonderful time with my family and would visit next time very soon.
