Via Milano is a much-loved Italian fine-dining restaurant, thanks to its superb food, good wine list, warm ambience and friendly service. The decor is a nice mix of modern and rustic, with pristine white leather sofas, high-backed chairs, part-stone, part-wood flooring, with a private dining area cordoned off by roughly chipped walls, and wine caskets on one side. Italian chef Paolo, who is both managing director and partner, brings with him an extensive choice of some eclectic menu choices. There is a Chef's Gourmet Menu, which lists starters like Tiger Prawn with Bacon Wrap and a mustard dressing (Rs.340), Curried Lemongrass Cappuchino with Lobster Medallions (Rs. 240), Asparagus Risotto (Rs.410), Angus Beef Fillet with pan-seared foie-gras (Rs.1400). In the more regular la carte menu, the Cream of Wild Imported Mushrooms with White Wine Cappuchino, (a creamy mushroom soup, with the most delectable texture) is a splendid choice, and for starters, European Branzino Fillet with Mediterranean Salsa and the Breaded Eggplant Parmiggiana with Fresh Basil Leaves continue to delight. If you like crepes, You may also want to try the newly-introduced Crespelle stuffed with Pumpkin and Walnut in a cream sauce. The pizzas here are large-sized and can be easily shared amongst four persons, the signature pizza being Via Milano, with a mozzarella, olives and spicy pork salami topping. For pasta and risotto lovers, the chicken-filled tortelloni with mushrooms, fresh cream and chives is outstanding, and so are the Mushroom Risotto with parsley and garlic, and the Herbs and Mushroom ravioli, both great choices for herbivores. Chicken lovers should order Half Oven Roasted Baby Poullet spiced with Cajun. Seafood lovers would do well to order wholemeal tagliatelle with shrimps, mushrooms and sundried tomatoes in a fresh cream and basil pesto sauce. While the wine list includes a good listing of select Italian wines, cocktails like Americano and martinis are popular too. For sweet endings, try the Lemon Meringue or the Parmesan and Pears with Balsamic Reduction, both from the gourmet menu. The Tiramisu Al Rum, made with Italian mascarpone cheese, Lavazzo espresso and rum, is always a masterpiece. If you don't fancy desserts, there is an extensive selection of coffees, made with the Italian brand Lavazza. On weekdays there is a set lunch menu option available at a steal and includes a drink, starter, main course and dessert. The Sunday Brunch is also getting hugely popular for the spread of antipasti, pizzas, pastas and desserts, besides unlimited spirits.

nice good If your restaurant provides good food and service but is too similar to other restaurants, customers may overlook your restaurant when deciding where to dine. A good restaurant should have one or more unique features that stand out in a customer's mind and give it a competitive advantage over others. For example, your restaurant may be the only restaurant in town that makes its ingredients fresh daily or it may have an amazing view of the city that none of your competitors have.Good Business ManagementA good restaurant owner manages the business aspect of the restaurant properly, which increases the chances that it can provide quality food and service without interruption. Running your restaurant properly can also help boost your small business's profits. You must manage your restaurant's finances, keep good records and stay current with regulatory requirements, such as taxes and health inspections. For example, consistently paying your vendors on time reduces the risk of running out of items on your menu.

Tips: Good place for couples
