Mainland China has now become synonymous with both Ă la carte fine-dining Chinese for the connoisseur, as well as with the more popular and extremely pocket-friendly lunch buffets through the week. Priced at Rs. 475 and Rs. 575 (excluding taxes) on weekdays and weekends respectively, the buffet is a great treat, with cocktails and mocktails thrown in, and a good spread of sea food, lamb and chicken dishes. Those who choose healthy Ă la carte, may want to tuck into the steamed Chicken Sui Mai or Spicy Vegetable Dumplings for starters. Crackling Spinach, Tofu Hunan Style, Pan Fried Chilli Fish, Chicken Taipei, Keong's chicken with Green Chillies and Spring Onions, Hunan Prawns are other good choices. We recommend the Fragrant Pot Rice (vegetable or chicken, both are good), Wok tossed hakka noodles and Singapore Rice Noodles are other faves. Chinese tea is on the house.

I have been there yesterday..The name itself says it's a chinese. I have been to many chinese restaurants in the city like Shanghai chef, Chinese Pavilion etc but The Mainland China is the best of all ..The food is tasty and a little bit spicy. The ambience or decor is good. The service is also good.. Make a note that 'The Mainland China' is expensive, but irrespective of cost the food is terrific..I can say that this is the best chinese restaurant hyderabad ever had.. While coming to the food items, the appetizer Pan Fried Chilli fish is one of my favorite dishes. I would always love to be there..It's a wonderful experience.

When it comes to Chinese cuisine nothing can get better than Mainland China chain of restaurant. This one in Hitech City is pretty near to me home and every get together of friends and family dining takes place here most of the time. The buffet meals are comparatively cheap and with mocktails the meals taste awesome. I like whatever they serve but to be specific Pan Fried Chilli Fish is my favorite and also Keong’s chicken served with Green Chillies and Spring onion is great. Mainland China is always a delight and wonderful experience.
