The name says it all. 70mm is as big as they come, and this filmy nostalgia place combines the best of food, the most breathtaking of lake views and a satisfaction level that you see only in the movies. Spread over five zones, the Romantic Zone, Action Zone, Comedy Zone, Villain Zone and the Vamp Zone, the restaurant offers a lunch buffet (Rs 297 plus tax, weekdays and Rs 342 plus tax on weekends). Dinner buffet is priced at Rs 297 plus tax on weekdays and Rs429 plus tax on weekends. The desserts, however, are surely the toppings of a delightful experience. A part of the Ohri's group, 70mm is a must-try for the overall filmy experience.

The Ohri - Baseraa group is famous for their theme based resturants and eateries.
70 mm is one such place where the theme is as the name suggests - movies, and Bollywood at that, and the 70's to be very specific. There are manequins of various characters from that era - Amithabh , Helen, Mahmood etc.
The restaurant is situated on Necklace road in the Jalavihar compound. We went for lunch and we opted for the buffet.
The ambiance somehow overshadows the food which was just about ok - nothing special stands out.
The usual mix of multi cuisine items - from the Indian tandoori items to Chinese noodles and the continental pastas etc. All standard run of the mill items. The desserts were plentiful and those with a sweet tooth will enjoy this segment of the spread.
The price is also very reasonable around 1000 for three people on a weekday.

Food and cinematic experience is combined together at the 70 MM restaurant and it is a very unique experience here. There are different zones inside and my favorite zone is the Villain Zone. Buffets are economic and easy option to go for here but food quality is average and not as striking as the interior and decoration of 70 MM.

Inside 70 MM restaurant everything is very filmy and absolutely worth loving for any Bollywood lover. The interior of this restaurant is divided into different zosnes as per the choice of movies and in food it is their lunch buffets that are popular and worth coming to this restaurant for. 70 MM is a must visit for one and all.
