This is a perfect place for a pre-dinner drinks, for communing with your single malt or, perhaps, for some business talk. The Bar located at the lobby of Hotel Novotel is done up beautifully. The large glass windows that overlook the swimming pool outside make the place look spacious. Soft and soothing lounge music is played. An extensive array of cocktails, refreshing Martinis and wines are on offer. Don't forget to try their special Indian Cocktail named Haldi. To nibble with your drinks there are kebabs, Kunjen Chicken Wings and Quesadillas. Your fellow drinkers are most likely to be hotel guests, airport crew liners, transit travellers or the corporate types. Great place to soothe frazzled nerves.

For any business meeting or just to relax in a casual evening, I prefer The Bar to be the venue. The view of the swimming pool from inside the dining room of this bar relaxes me and helps to concentrate.
Most of the days cocktail alone is sufficient for me and I must say here, do try Haldi, its unique and perfect. However, kebabs and Kunjen Chicken Wings of The Bar are good.
