Aqua, the third floor outdoor dining at the Park Hyderabad, is one of the most buzzing nightspots in town, be it for before-party, during-party or after-party occasions! Their prized asset, the Infinity Pool, which appears as if its merging, with the Hussainsagar Lake, like a mirage on the horizon, adds to the party mood, especially in the evenings. Friday nights are most happening, as it's Band Nights, with local band Phoenix playing live, (either Accoustics, Tributes or Retro) until after midnight. Sometimes, other local bands are invited to play and the 'unplugged' performances can go up to 3:00 AM! On Saturdays, the theme at Aqua is Sundown Pool Party, with an entry charge of Rs 700 per couple from 5:00 PM onwards, where informal gear (flip flops, Bermudas etc) is encouraged, and DJ Jonathan is playing lounge and club music. There is a 1+ 1 offer on beverages, and pool parties are common. Apollo Fish, Chicken & Jalapeno Quesadillas, Corn Kernels, are popular finger foods, while Banana Martini, Cranberry Aqua Mojito are bestseller cocktails, although beer is the most ordered. On Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturday evenings, there is also a live counter either for pasta, kathi rolls, or dosas. Even though its Sunday brunch and all day dining is popular, Aqua is now more known as a must-do nightspot. It also gets a huge after-party crowd from in-house nightclub Kismet, especially on Wednesdays and Saturdays (when its ladies nights at Kismet) as well as Fridays (Bollywood nights), especially after Kismet closes at 11:00 PM or so.
