Bidri continues to impress with its old-world Hyderabadi elite ambience, down from the intricate black and silver etched bidri work on the pillars to the crimson-hued chandeliers and sophisticated table ware. Coupled with an unobtrusive, ever-attentive service, and the fine art of Hyderabadi cuisine, the experience is one of fine dining at its best. Try the Murgh Shorba, its soul-filling, and for vegetarians, there is Tomato Dhania Shorba, though, not half as good. Murgh Malai Tikka and Asaf Jahi Murgh Tikka are melt-in-the-mouth delicious. Nalli Nehari Korma is one of the favoured curries, best savoured with their assorted Indian breads, and the Kacchi Gosht ki Biryani is yet another bestseller. Vegetarians will love tucking into Aloo Pudina Tikkis, Stuffed Paneed Tikkas, and the creamy Bidri black dal, as well as the rnDiwan-e-Sabz Handi. Desserts include, besides the Khubani ka Meetha, some delectable Apple Jalebi and Beetroot Halwa.

Bidri’s ambience is classically Hyderabadi and beautiful. The food is authentic of the state and with family this place can be a great experience. Whenever I come to this restaurant I order Asaf Jahi Murgh Tikka and Beetroot halwa besides a host of other dishes. Bidri is good for fine dining.
