Marble Arch is the all-day dining restaurant of hotel Jai Mahal Palace that serves traditional and contemporary dishes along with seasonal local fare. Located in a hall, replete with ornately carved marble archways (hence the name) and impressive stoneware, the design is a combination of traditional ambience and contemporary settings. This 86-cover, 24-hour restaurant serves traditional Indian/Rajasthani delicacies, European as well as Oriental cuisines. Some of the restaurant's signature dishes are Murgh Tikka Mirza Hassan, Roast Chicken, Schezwan Chilli Babycorn, Asparagus, Leek and Zucchini, Vegetable Spring Rolls and the universal favourite: Fish and Chips. You can also opt for their buffets (Breakfast: Rs625; Lunch: Rs800; Dinner: Rs1,250. Taxes extra. Lunch and Dinner Buffets depend on guest occupancy). This is the right place for that special occasion when experience and occasion matters more than the money….

I was not thinking that the menu of Marble Arch is so elaborated when i visited the place for the first time. From European and Oriental they have also covered the authentic Rajasthani cuisine.
The chef here cooks awesome Roast Chicken and Murgh Tikka Mirza. Marble arch is specialized in a number of mouth watering dishes. The cost of food is worth the meal.

Marble Arch has a traditional interior and serves authentic as well as contemporary delicacies. The menu has North Indian, oriental and european dishes to offer. Roast Chicken, Leek and Zucchini and Fish and Chip are my best pick yet. Also the buffets at Marble Arch is pretty reasonable and offers generous amount of food.
