Dr Dosa in Gaurav Towers, Malviya Nagar, started their outlet in this popular location almost four years ago and has had a mixed response over these years. Sometimes, the quality of food is excellent and at other times it's just about average, so you're not sure what to expect each time you go there. However, it is a cheerful and welcoming place, so it's definitely worth a visit. As the name suggests, the focus is on traditional dosas, but the menu will give you many more interesting choices and multi-cuisine versions of this South Indian favourite: there are American Dosas (yes, you read that right), Roasted Salad Dosa, Mushroom Roast Salad and Chinese dosas too: Chilli Schezwan Dosa and Special Chinese Delight. Whoever thought of these combinations needs to be given marks for originality if nothing else! And it's not all dosas: you do have a choice of North Indian and Chinese dishes as well.

For the first time I got a chance to have Roasted Salad Dosa and Chinese Dosa. This place is very experimental with its south Indian food and for a change it is a good option to dine with family.

Dr Dosa’s ambience is something that is not to be missed and can be enjoyed to the maximum with friends as well as family members. The food however has surprised me quite a number of times as sometimes it is too awesome and sometime just below expectation but still coming here is worth for me and my friends. I usually eat American Dosa or dosas with Chinese stuffing. The food served here at Dr Dosa is quite unique and I find them interesting.

Dr Dosa is quite an old restaurant of Malviya Nagar. The food served here is pretty good. I love its American Dosas, Roasted Salad Dosa and Chinese dosas. They have different types of dosas and all of them are tasty and delicious. The environment of the place is pleasant and comfortable. Service is great. Staffs are quick and friendly. Dr Dosa is a nice place to have some delectable dosas.
