Over the years, with more and more women working and being away from home, it was getting very difficult to get the special home-cooked food for vrats (fasts) like Sabudane ki Khichdi, Sabudana Dahi Vada and other sweets and namkeens that are consumed on these religious occasions. Falahaar stepped in at the right time to cater to that segment. With five outlets in Jaipur, they're doing very well with their namkeens and their sabudana fare. They also have creamy Lassi, Shrikhand, and Fruit Cream. These are clean, well-managed outlets but quite small in size so you often have to wait for your turn to get to the counter.
