Mangio, from the Kookie Jar stable... this should be enough to tell you of the class and quality it belongs to. However, people tend to look upon this international-cafe-style restaurant as either an extension of Kookie Jar or as too restrictive a fine-dining place for a normal diner. But swing open the doors, walk in... a treasure trove of new world food awaits you. Home-made Fettuccine and Wholewheat Spaghetti, Pesto-rubbed Grilled Chicken, Wasabi Baked Potatoes, Molten Cheese with Green Vegetables, Chicken Steak, Chicken Thai Noodles, French Onion Tart Tartin, the white Chocolate Mille Feuille... the fun goes on. Expensive? So what, it's worth it. Try out this labour of love for yourself.

The moment I open the door of Mangio a world of delicious food opens up to me and its aroma holds my senses. The quality of the Italian food of this restaurant is unmatched and superior in terms, serving and quantity. Whole wheat Spaghetti, Chicken Thai Noodles and Grilled Chicken are superb display of good cooking skill and thankfully they are quite reasonable when it comes to the rates of the dishes. Mangio is all about Italian and continental food served piping hot.
