The rapid expansion of the Jai Hind Dhaba speaks volumes for its business. Among the newer lot of Kolkata dhabas, this one has been lucky to be at the right time at the right place. Their hot handmade atta rotis and Chicken Bharta are the best bets here. The Chinese fare consists of Mixed Chow Mein, Mixed Fried Rice and Schezwan Chicken. Designed as a dhaba with a proper kitchen, the food here definitely deserves a thumbs up, as does its location.

In sophisticated Kolkata I love this north Indian style Jai Hind Dhaba. Most of the time their Chicken Bharta and Butter Chicken are my reasons for frequent visits. Chinese is also served here but its better to stick to north Indian food that tastes really tempting in this raw ambience of Jai Hind Dhaba.

This is one of the best dhabas in and around town. They serve Chinese food, Indian food and especially their chicken bharta is worth eating.
