Started as a dhaba-style eatery on the Eastern Metropolitan Bypass, Sanjha Chulha has firmly established itself with its typical North Indian Tandoori and Punjabi food. The popular dishes here are Hariyali Murgh Tikka, Malai Kebab, Chicken Bharta, Mahi Tikka Amritsari, Angara Murgh, Murgh Ambala Tariwala, Lahori Keema and Anda Bhurji. Take-away and home-delivery orders also keep them busy. They have an outlet at Ballygunge but it's only for takeaway.
