Actually older than memory, this is a no-fuss, no-frills canteen of Hotel Swagath. The restaurant caters to the in-house guests as well as to those from the neighbourhood for a simple, South Indian Thali. The thali is filling and affordable - one can have several free helpings of puri, rice, sambhar and sabzi. Rava Dosa is the hotel's speciality. Besides, it serves Plain Dosa, Masala Dosa, Uttapam and idlis. The restaurant remains open for lunch and dinner.

Every time had i been to Swagath restaurant,I had a bad rat race in my stomach.Very slow and poor service.In this 40 seater restaurant they have only 3 - 4 waiters. Both North Indian and South Indian food is good no doubt.but the service. alas!One would g
