Low-floor seating or khan toke, floral fragrances, warm Thai smiles and exquisite objet d'art greet you as you enter Baan Thai in Oberoi Grand. Dedicated efforts ensure the authenticity of the recipes, and uncommon, speciality ingredients and spices are imported almost every week to maintain the freshness of the dishes prepared. You'll find exclusive vegetarian preparations alongside the much-appreciated seafood and meat delicacies. The Tom Yam Koong or prawn soup spiced with galangal, kafir lime leaves and lemon grass followed by Som Tam Esan or the Papaya Salad, Chicken Green Curry or Kaeng Kiew Wan and the Paad Tha comprises a memorable meal. Expensive, but worth every rupee spent. Undoubtedly, the subtlety of Thai cuisine takes the best form here.

Baan Thai is a complete experience of Thai cuisine as well as their hospitality. Their Currry, Salads and Rice items are all skillful cooking that follows the traditional style of cooking. Coming to this restaurant with friends and family is always a good feeling and more than often I eat Chicken Green Curry and Paad Tha with some soup. Baan Thai is a classically done restaurant with its own wonderful ambience and style.

Great place to have some great dishes specially the thai food. I liked prawn soup most and it also serves other sea food also. So go and check out for more.
